Lynda Martinez is a trademark paralegal at Santangelo & Ressue Law Offices, P.C., where she supports clients and attorneys in all stages of trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement. She manages client communications, prepares and coordinates U.S. and international trademark filings, monitors deadlines and docketing requirements, oversees patent annuities and trademark maintenance matters, and assists with trademark litigation and dispute-related proceedings. Lynda also works closely with foreign associates, the USPTO, and clients to help ensure that intellectual property portfolios are maintained accurately and efficiently both in the United States and internationally.
In her spare time, Lynda enjoys crafts, hiking, camping, and archery with her husband.
