We are pleased to announce that Nadine Dirksen will be a guest at our firm for two weeks in April 2010 as part of an interchange of international ideas and experiences with our European colleagues. Nadine works as a foreign correspondence clerk with Kador & Associates, whose headquarters are in Munich, Germany. The Bavarian native is fluent in English and has years of experience working with Intellectual Property in Europe and World Intellectual Property Organization. We look forward to exchanging a multitude of exciting ideas and issues with her about the European Patent and Trademark systems and the US systems in our continuing dialog with our international affiliates. As part of our continuing commitment to offer excellence both domestically and internationally, we will also be including her in our day-to-day activities. These will include international patent filings, US and foreign Patent and Trademark filings and possibly some interesting litigation issues, all of which differ vastly in the US from European nations.
